Mentoorra is a premier mentorship and academic guidance program by Dr. Sakshi Arora designed to bring clarity, structure, and direction to the NEET PG and INI-CET preparation journey. Mentoorra focuses on guidance, planning, accountability, progress tracking, and mentorship preparation platform.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Mentoorra mobile application, website, live sessions, communication channels, mentorship services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”). By registering, accessing, purchasing, or using the Services, You agree to these Terms.

• By accessing or using Mentoorra, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• These Terms apply to all Users, including Users accessing free information, registered Users, and paid mentorship subscribers.
• If You do not agree with these Terms, You should not access or use the Services.
• Mentoorra may amend or update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be published on the Platform and apply from the date specified in the updated version.

Mentoorra is a mentorship program by Dr. Sakshi Arora intended for NEET PG and INI-CET aspirants. It is designed to help students remain guided, consistent, and confident during preparation.

The program is structured around core pillars:

• Dr. Sakshi Arora will act as a mentor and will not be teaching OBGY subject content through the Mentoorra app.
• Mentoorra does not provide a built-in Q-bank or Grand Test platform.
• Mentoorra guides Users regarding which Q-bank modules to solve and when to appear for Grand Tests using the User’s chosen external preparation platform.
• Users may use any preparation platform of their choice; no subscription to any particular external app is mandatory solely to receive Mentoorra guidance.
• A daily 10–20 question quiz may be provided through Telegram for practice and reinforcement.
• Mentoorra may provide personalised targets, schedules, progress reviews, and guidance based on information supplied by the User.

Mentoorra is open to NEET PG and INI-CET aspirants, including fresh graduates, repeaters, and students preparing during internship or alongside work. Users are expected to provide accurate registration and academic information necessary for delivery of the Services.

If a User is a minor, access should be with the consent of a parent or legal guardian and subject to applicable law.

6.1 NEET PG Mentorship Structure

The NEET PG plan is intended for Users who require personalised attention, closer monitoring, individual progress review, and regular guidance. All plans follow structured academic roadmaps; the principal distinction is the degree of personal monitoring and one-on-one mentorship available under the selected plan.

• Mentoorra may assign monthly, weekly, and daily academic targets, including previous-day revision and planned Q-bank module practice.
• Users are responsible for following the targets and accurately updating completion/progress information where such functionality is provided.
• Users may be required to take tests on their chosen external platform and upload their scores into the Mentoorra app.
• Under standard/core plans, uploaded scores are primarily intended for the User’s self-tracking. Under one-on-one plans, performance may be actively reviewed with feedback provided during mentorship sessions.
• Progress indicators and schedules are guidance tools and do not constitute a guarantee of examination performance.

All rights, title, trademarks, and interest in the Mentoorra brand, logos, application design, proprietary study schedules, written guides, graphics, and session materials belong exclusively to Mentoorra and SSS SESSIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
