Mentoorra may collect information that is necessary to register Users, deliver mentorship, manage targets, track progress, communicate with Users, improve Services, and administer subscriptions. Depending on how you interact with the Services, this includes:
Your name, mobile phone number, email address, password hash, and profile registration details.
Target examination, daily study target completion, Q-bank module numbers, uploaded Grand Test scores, and revision status.
Queries, feedback, support messages, and notes shared voluntarily during one-on-one mentorship meetings.
Transaction IDs and order records. Sensitive payment details (cards/UPI) are processed directly by certified gateway providers.
Unique device identifier, mobile OS, app version, IP address, login timestamps, and operational telemetry to protect against multi-device account misuse.
Mentoorra processes study targets, completion status, Grand Test score records, and preparation inputs. For self-tracking plans, this information assists the student in self-evaluation. For one-on-one plans, mentors review this information to offer personalized guidance during mentorship sessions.
Primary interactions occur via the Mentoorra app. External platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, or payment gateways may be utilized. Third-party services operate under their respective independent privacy terms.
Mentoorra will never sell, lease, or commercially trade student personal information to third parties. Data is only accessible to authorized mentors, technical staff, and cloud infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the mentorship service.
Mentoorra employs industry-standard encryption, SSL protocols, and restricted access controls to safeguard your data. Users are responsible for preserving credentials confidential.
Information is retained as long as active subscriptions exist, or as reasonably required to fulfill academic tracking, transaction auditing, dispute resolution, and legal statutory obligations.
Users may request corrections or review of their personal account information by contacting official student support.
Mentoorra is designed for medical entrance examination aspirants. If an enrolled user is a minor, access should be under parental or legal guardian consent.
